Bryan D. Robbins


Bryan D. Robbins joined the law firm of Hefner, Eberspacher & Tapella, LLC on March 28, 2011. Bryan is engaged in the area of civil litigation, with a focus in personal injury and medical malpractice. Bryan has several years of legal experience in the areas of personal injury and bankruptcy. He has had recent success in dog bite, motor vehicle accidents, and slip and fall cases receiving favorable settlements for his clients.

After graduating from Shelbyville High School Bryan enlisted in the United States Navy serving on a Fast Frigate in the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico. After getting out of the Navy Bryan went back to school concentrating in computer sciences and gained several years of experience in web based software. Bryan then decided to continue his education at Eastern Illinois University where he graded Summa Cum Laude and received a degree in political science.

Bryan received his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law in 2008 and served as Vice President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America while in Law School. He earned a certificate in Employment Law, is a member of the Illinois State Bar and is admitted to practice law in the Illinois Supreme Court, as well as the Central and Southern Federal Districts of Illinois. He is a member of the Coles-Moultrie County Bar Associations, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
