Paul concentrates his litigation practice in personal injuries, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical injuries, business lawsuits, and complex-litigation. He has litigated cases concerning financial services, medical billing, insurance coverage, real estate, agriculture, petroleum, shipping, state and federal agencies (administrative law), professional liability, and consumer class-actions. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Missouri, and various federal courts. He has helped recover tens of millions of dollars for consumers and for medical professionals. Paul's transactional work includes helping family businesses, construction, petroleum, and electrical services.
Before entering the private practice of law in 2003, Paul worked for Justice Thomas M. Welch, with the Illinois Court of Appeals, Fifth District. During law school, he served as a member and editor of the St. Louis University Law Journal. Paul has a background in trust services.
